What it is
Trimi is a telehealth weight-management program operated by TRYTRIMI LLC. It offers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, with clinical care through Arora Health and prescriptions filled by BelieveRx (formerly VialsRx) or GreenwichRx. It does not offer a brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound program.
Adults aged 18 or older can apply. Its states page names all 50 states and D.C.; the treatment pages exclude Puerto Rico. A clinician licensed in your state reviews your history and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Applying and paying do not guarantee a prescription, and the public pages do not give a single BMI cutoff that guarantees approval.
The plan includes medication if prescribed, injection supplies, provider access, dose reviews and shipping. Trimi says there are no separate enrollment, membership, consultation or shipping fees, and the price stays the same at every prescribed dose. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved; its treatment page says they should be considered when an approved medicine cannot meet an individual patient’s needs. What it actually costs at Trimi
The $99 semaglutide and $125 tirzepatide rates require an annual payment of $1,188 or $1,500. Month to month costs $175 or $235.
The product pages publish the complete ladder. Semaglutide is $145 a month on a quarterly plan, $435 per term, or $120 a month for six months, $720 up front. Tirzepatide is $199 a month quarterly, $597 per term, or $175 a month for six months, $1,050 up front. These are monthly equivalents for prepaid terms, not monthly installments. This is starting-at pricing tied to a commitment.
Monthly and quarterly plans renew automatically at the then-current price unless you turn renewal off before the next billing date. Six-month and annual plans do not renew automatically: continuing requires a provider check-in and a new plan confirmation. Turning off renewal stops future charges; it does not undo a term you already bought.
Payment is collected at checkout before provider review. You can cancel for a full refund before a clinician issues your prescription, and a clinician’s decision not to treat you triggers a full refund. Once the prescription is issued, the ordinary order is final even if nothing has shipped. The terms allow review of unused-term refunds if a clinician tells you in writing to stop treatment; early exits from discounted plans are reviewed case by case.
The six-month money-back promise applies only after six continuous months with medication taken as directed, provider check-ins completed and starting and six-month weights logged in the portal. It requires no net weight loss, permits one claim per patient and must be requested within 30 days of the six-month mark. It refunds the plan fees paid over those six months, subject to its conditions. It is a commercial refund promise, not evidence of a guaranteed clinical outcome.
Who it's wrong for
- Choose another route if you want FDA-approved brand-name pens or an insurance-based prescribing program. These plans cover compounded injections.
- Avoid prepaying a long term if you need flexibility to stop and recover the remaining balance. There is no routine prorated refund after prescribing.
- If you need care in Puerto Rico, the treatment pages say the program is unavailable there.
- If a shipment arrives damaged or missing, report it within 24 hours. A melted ice pack alone does not establish a refund; ask the dispensing pharmacy about any temperature concern before using the medication.
