Its founder, named on the homepage, is a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, and the FAQ names the medical group that prescribes. Most of its GLP-1s are compounded, with brand-name Wegovy, Ozempic and Zepbound beside them at brand prices, which is the compounded-versus-brand choice most sellers blur.
Its medication comparison page is worth a read. It cites the trials, and it rates compounded capsules "Unknown" for weight loss, which is a rare thing for a seller of those capsules to print. The same chart lists vitamin B12 in every compounded formulation, an add-on with its own evidence question.

What it actually costs at RxSpan MD
