What we like

The month-to-month rate is the first figure on every tier, and the discounted plans are listed underneath it rather than in place of it.
Every plan says it is billed monthly, not charged upfront, and the prepay alternative is offered separately for anyone who wants it.
Three injectables carry flat monthly prices at any plan term — $89, $99 and $69 — which is close to unheard of in this market.
Any dose costs the same on both GLP-1s, stated on every tier, so a dose increase is not a price increase.

What could be better

The tirzepatide ladder shows only after you click a toggle, so the default view shows one drug's prices and a sentence saying the other costs more.
No dispensing pharmacy is named anywhere, and the site describes its own role two different ways on the same page.
The terms of service and the privacy policy each identify the site by a domain name that is not this company's.
The privacy policy prints the company's street address twice with two different street numbers and a misspelled city.

What it is

A small Texas-only telehealth catalog with an unusually complete price page. Two GLP-1s, three injectable add-ons, and four more catalogs behind their own tabs. Two of those add-ons are sermorelin and NAD+, which almost nobody in this market prices in public.

The pricing page's structure is the thing worth copying. Each plan tier states that it is billed monthly rather than charged upfront, and offers a prepay option beside the monthly rate instead of in place of it. Telepeptide is the other seller that prices peptides this plainly.

The month-to-month figure is listed first, and the plan rates come after it. That is the reverse of the usual habit of advertising the prepaid rate as the price, and it is why this grades as well as it does.

The three injectable add-ons hold the same rate whatever the plan term: NAD+ at $89 a month, sermorelin at $99, MICC at $69 — a lipotropic shot whose B12 component is approved for deficiency, not for weight — plus a one-time $65 lab panel at a named lab chain. The one standard we grade against is met here for six separate products.

Who it's wrong for

Skip it if you are not in Texas. Every page that mentions coverage says Texas and only Texas, and it says it consistently.
Skip it if you need to know which pharmacy compounds your vial. The site calls itself a licensed Texas telehealth pharmacy on one page and says prescriptions go to pharmacy partners on the next, and names none of them.
Skip it if the legal paperwork matters to you. The terms of service identify the site by another telehealth company's domain name and the privacy policy by a third, and the privacy policy prints the company's own address twice with two different street numbers.
Skip it if you want the branded pen. Nothing here is FDA-approved product — the page states plainly that compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Weighing this against a plan-rate seller: Gala Health prices its weight-loss drugs only as a yearly subscription; only its longevity line sells a single 28-day supply, at $199.
