The disclosure is unusually direct for a clinic this size. The states it does not serve are the second line of the pricing page, an address and clinic hours sit in every footer, and a supervising physician is named. What is missing is the drug: the Essential tier is described only as covering all doses up to 2.5 mg, which reads like a compounded GLP-1 without ever saying so.

Skip it if you are in Alaska, California, Kansas or Wisconsin — the pricing page names all four as excluded, so a reader in California is out before price matters.
