- The semaglutide, tirzepatide, combined and NAD+ pages each print all four billing terms together — one, three, six and twelve months — with the billing interval under each price. Semaglutide is $249, $237, $224 or $212 a month depending on how far ahead you pay.
- The price doesn't change with the dose. Each GLP-1 page says so, and the homepage repeats it as a guarantee.
- It publishes a state list: 40 states and D.C., in its FAQ.
- It names its pharmacies and its medical groups in the terms of service, with pharmacy addresses.
- Lab work is part of the program, with labs repeated every six months, and the FAQ says the program price covers it.
What could be better
- The homepage leads every card with the twelve-month rate and doesn't say that's what it is. You have to open the product page to see $249.
- A month is four weeks. The one-month plan is billed every four weeks, which is thirteen charges a year.

Pay one month at a time and it's $249 for semaglutide, $329 for tirzepatide and $379 for the combined program. Commit to twelve months and those drop to $212, $280 and $322 — and the twelve-month number is the one on every homepage card, under "Starting at". It's the standard move, and what a starting-at price is usually buying you. The difference here is that the product page a click away prints all four rates together, with how often each is billed.
The one-month plan is billed every four weeks, not every calendar month — thirteen charges a year, not twelve.
