Calibrate charges $199 a month for its Metabolic Reset and says so plainly, along with the three-month minimum that makes the real commitment $597.

Calibrate does not sell a month. The initial commitment is three months at $199, which its own pricing page states as $597 total, and neither figure includes the medication or the lab work.

The verdict

CCaveat

Honest about its own fee and silent about the drug. There's no single month to buy here, and what the medication costs depends entirely on your insurance.

Calibrate does the honest thing with its program fee and puts the commitment in the same sentence as the price: $199 a month, three months minimum, $597 total. It never publishes what the drug costs, because it does not sell you the drug — it bills your insurance and works the coverage. That is a legitimate model and a real gap for a cash buyer: there is no month-to-month option at all, and the only medication figure on the page is Calibrate's own claim that GLP-1s should be $25 a month or less for most members with commercial insurance after a deductible. Three pages read (the pricing page, the terms of use, and the membership terms and conditions). No state list on any of them. FDA warning-letter screen by entity domain and address: 0 of 0 searched matched, controls passing in the same run.

We grade on whether a price is published, checkable, and still true at month two — how we grade and how we verify prices.

Pros and cons

What we like

  • The commitment is disclosed in the same sentence as the price, with the total spelled out, which is more than most sellers do with a prepay term.
  • Calibrate prescribes branded GLP-1s through your own insurance rather than a compounded substitute.
  • Insurance navigation and prior authorizations are part of what the fee buys, which is real work most telehealth sellers push back onto you.
  • The program is also sold through employers, so some people pay nothing for it.

What could be better

  • There is no month-to-month option. The smallest purchase is $597.
  • The fee excludes the medication and the labs, and Calibrate publishes no cash price for either.
  • The one medication figure on the page is a $25 copay estimate that depends on your plan and your deductible, not on anything Calibrate controls.
  • No state list is published on the pricing page, the terms of use or the membership terms.

What it is

Calibrate Health, Inc. runs a year-long metabolic program out of New York rather than a pharmacy. You get a video visit with a clinician, one-to-one coaching, a curriculum covering food, sleep, exercise and emotional health, a connected scale, and — the part that distinguishes it — someone who works your insurance for you. The GLP-1 itself comes through your own coverage, prescribed by a Calibrate clinician, not shipped by Calibrate. Employers can also buy the program on your behalf. We screened Calibrate Health, Inc. by domain and street address against the FDA warning-letter database and 0 of 0 candidates matched, with the controls passing in that run.

What it actually costs

$199 a month, and the asterisk is in the same sentence as the price: an initial three-month commitment is required, which Calibrate spells out as $597 total, paid in monthly installments. That's a rare piece of plain writing in this market. What it buys is the program — clinician visit, coaching, curriculum, insurance navigation, welcome kit. What it doesn't buy is the drug or the labs, and Calibrate publishes no price for either. The only medication figure anywhere on the page is Calibrate's own claim that GLP-1s should run $25 a month or less for most members with commercial insurance once a deductible is met. That's a claim about your plan, not a price Calibrate charges.

Who it's wrong for

Anyone paying cash. If your insurance won't cover a GLP-1, Calibrate's whole value proposition — the navigation, the prior authorizations, the copay — collapses, and the site never tells you what the drug would cost you instead. It's also wrong if you want to try a month and decide: the smallest purchase is three months. And if you want a state list before you sign up, none of the three pages we read has one.

Medications available

  • Branded GLP-1s prescribed through insuranceBrand

Calibrate names Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Foundayo and Zepbound as the medications its clinicians prescribe. It does not dispense them.

Is Calibrate Health legit?

Calibrate Health is operated by Calibrate Health, Inc., 228 Park Ave S #76071, New York, NY 10003. We read that off the company’s ownterms of use at joincalibrate.com/legal/terms-of-use on September 2026.

0 of 0 matched We screened that legal name and domain against the FDA warning-letter database on September 2026, with a known-positive control passing in the same run. A letter would be worth knowing about; it would not by itself disqualify a seller.

Common questions

How much does Calibrate cost?

$199 a month with a three-month initial commitment, which Calibrate states as $597 in total. The medication and any lab work are billed separately and are not included in that figure.

Can I pay Calibrate month to month?

Not at the start. Calibrate's pricing page requires an initial three-month commitment before anything else, so the smallest purchase available is three months of the program fee.

Does the $199 include the GLP-1?

No. Calibrate states that lab tests and prescription medications are not included in the membership cost, and that it works with your commercial or employer insurance to get them covered instead.

What will the medication cost me?

Calibrate does not publish a cash price. It says GLP-1s should be $25 a month or less for most members with commercial insurance after any deductible is met, which is an estimate about your plan rather than a price it charges.

Which states does Calibrate serve?

It does not say. We read the pricing page, the terms of use and the membership terms and conditions, and none of the three publishes a state list.
