That depends where on the page you look, which is the problem. The blurb at the top of the GLP-1 page prices compounded semaglutide at $179 a month with a $99 first month, billed quarterly. The plan card lower down the same page prices the same product at $199 a month, with the same $99 first month, also billed quarterly. We read both in the same minute. Tirzepatide is quoted once, at $299 a month after a $149 first month. On the peptide side the disclosure is better: NAD+ nasal spray is $150 a month on a subscription or $187 as a one-time purchase, and sermorelin injections are $559 for a 12-week supply on subscription or $699 one-time, which Joi + Blokes itself converts to $233 a month. Note the billing though — the GLP-1 plans are quarterly, so despite the per-month framing there is no single month to buy.
Who it's wrong for
Skip this one if you need the price to mean one thing. Two figures for the same semaglutide plan on the same page is a twenty-dollar-a-month question nobody should have to resolve by choosing which part of the page to believe. It's also wrong if you want to try a month: GLP-1 plans bill quarterly, so the smallest commitment is three months whatever the per-month label says. And no state list appears on any of the five pages we read.
