Hone Health is a longevity platform run by Time Therapeutics, Inc., better known for testosterone therapy than for weight loss. Its weight-loss catalog mixes naltrexone, bupropion, phentermine and topiramate with compounded liraglutide and sermorelin, and starts with a 50-biomarker blood test. Sermorelin is the odd one in that list — approved twice as Geref, both products discontinued, and now sold only compounded.

That figure turns up later, buried in a product-page FAQ: $25 a month for Basic, or $155 for Premium — the tier Hone says actually unlocks the medications. Add the $65 biomarker test that comes before anything is prescribed, and there are three separate charges, only one of them beside the drug. Mochi Health puts the same split in its hero copy instead, which is what disclosure looks like when it is not hidden in an FAQ.

Who it's wrong for
