North Carolina Medicaid and GLP-1s
For about ten weeks in late 2025, North Carolina Medicaid stopped paying for Wegovy and Zepbound for weight management. Then it started again. Both moves are documented in the state's own bulletins, and the coverage that came back isn't quite the coverage that left.

Which of these companies serve North Carolina?
