Hawaii state employee GLP-1 coverage
Hawaii's answer to GLP-1 spending was not an exclusion but a brake. The trust fund that covers state employees limited the first fill of any GLP-1 to thirty days, and its benefit guide names which drugs it means on both sides of the line. The committee minutes behind that vote are worth reading too: the advisor's recommendation against a broader exclusion program was accepted, and the motion passed unanimously.
