Check a GLP-1 results guarantee against the actual refund exclusions

An advertised results guarantee needs operative terms. If the written policy excludes refunds for dissatisfaction with results, obtain a written explanation before treating the slogan as protection for your payment.

Educational content, not medical advice. Talk to a licensed clinician before starting any treatment.

What this comes down to

  • A results slogan does not settle refund eligibility.
  • Identify the exception, deadline and remedy in the policy.
  • Do not confuse replacement or medical disqualification with dissatisfaction.

One current product page and policy disagree

RNK’s semaglutide page advertises results in 30 days or no payment. Its refund policy says dissatisfaction with GLP-1 results is not grounds for a refund. The two statements do not establish a consistent unconditional refund promise. This is a disclosure conflict, not an assessment of treatment effectiveness.[1][2] Keep the RNK’s offer and refund review with the written guarantee conditions supplied before purchase.

Ask support which written guarantee applies to the exact plan, who determines eligibility, what evidence is required and whether the remedy is cash, credit or another service. Do not invent a definition of results or assume a marketing headline overrides exclusions. A dispute over results does not itself stop continuing access charges; request cancellation confirmation separately.

Read the exceptions individually

RNK’s policy separately addresses medical disqualification, damaged or incorrect deliveries and undelivered products. Those are different events from dissatisfaction with a treatment result. The main medical-disqualification provision and its FAQ also differ on whether an unused portion will or may be refunded. Ask which language controls your purchase.[2]

The policy treats rebill charges as final and requires advance cancellation notice. A buyer who wants to avoid another cycle should confirm the next billing date and cancellation procedure while the guarantee question is being investigated, rather than assuming an unresolved claim pauses billing.

Preserve the promise and the answer

Keep the dated product offer, policy version and order confirmation. Ask for written clarification linked to the plan you are purchasing. A generic assurance of satisfaction is not the same as a defined claim process.

If the promise remains unresolved, compare the plan as a purchase without an established results-refund entitlement. Seek clinical advice about treatment suitability separately; neither a guarantee slogan nor its exclusion measures the quality of care or predicts an individual outcome. RNK’s terms describe independent prescribing and separate access and pharmacy roles.[3]

FTC cautions that health-product guarantees can be unreliable. That general guidance supports checking written conditions; it is not an FTC finding about RNK or a determination that this seller is fraudulent.[4]

LifeRx provides a separate example of restrictive prescription-sale terms: its policy excludes returns of dispensed or shipped medication and limits exceptions. Policies vary by seller. Do not import another company’s refund rule to resolve RNK’s conflicting promise.[5]

Questions people actually ask

Does a guarantee establish that treatment will work?

No. This is a purchasing promise to clarify, not clinical evidence or a prediction for an individual.

Are all refund exceptions the same?

No. Medical disqualification, a wrong shipment and dissatisfaction are separate events with different terms.
