Oestra refund requests: two deadlines to check

Oestra's refund policy requires a request within six months of the original order and within 14 days of cancellation. Canceling alone does not submit that request.

Educational content, not medical advice. Talk to a licensed clinician before starting any treatment.

What this comes down to

  • Both request deadlines must be satisfied.
  • Use secure account chat and keep the request record.
  • Check eligible subscription fees and excluded purchases separately.

Put both deadlines on the calendar

Inner Balance's Oestra policy sets two limits: time from the original order and time after cancellation. Meeting only the second does not extend the first. Record both dates before deciding when to make the request. If your start date is unclear, ask the care team to identify the original order date used for your account.[1]

Before submitting an Oestra request

Identify the purchase covered by the guarantee

The policy describes a refund of up to six months of Oestra subscription fees, limits refunds to one per customer and requires self-pay eligibility. It excludes laboratory tests, supplements and other listed purchases. A separate BodyMatched face-cream guarantee has different terms; do not apply it to Oestra. Ask the team to identify each receipt it considers eligible.[1]

Cancel and request the refund explicitly

The subscription terms direct account termination through the secure portal and refer refund eligibility to the guarantee. Send a separate secure-chat message that states you are requesting an Oestra refund and identifies the charges. The product's guarantee headline is useful only alongside the written policy; save both with the terms accepted at enrollment.[2][3]

Keep a clear record of the answer

FTC subscription guidance recommends retaining cancellation records and monitoring later charges. Save the timestamped chat, cancellation confirmation and the team's written refund decision. Ask which charges were approved and how the refund will be returned. If you receive a partial answer, request an explanation tied to the receipts. This checklist documents a request; it does not promise approval or an automatic reversal.[4]
